This blog is your honest, insider’s guide to the art of acquiring a new or used vehicle from a franchise dealership in North America as told by a former car salesman.

From 2006 to 2009 I sold 352 new and used vehicles for a major brand franchise dealership with a retail value of over $6 million dollars.  Prior to working in a dealership I purchased 12 new or used vehicles for my own pleasure.  I’ve spent way too much time in a car dealership from both sides of the table to let all this insider’s information to just stagnate.
